Cold Calling process flow

Cold calling Tips:

  1. A strategy to pre-qualify prospects (i.e. not calling random businesses).
  2. A well thought out process that maps out the most used rebuttals.
  3. An air tight script.
  4. To be on and off the phone as quickly as possible (we don’t want to spend 20 minutes explaining ourselves).
  5. Find the targets, which are simple and easy to outsource.
  6. The best times to call are Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6:45 to 9 p.m. and 4 to 6 p.m.
  7. The worst times to call are Mondays from 6 a.m. to noon and Fridays in the afternoon.
